Cara Membuat Daftar List Dalam Text Untuk Melihat Ukuran di Dalam File Directori Menggunakan Command Prompt

Windows Trick Ini adalah sebuah Tutorial komputer mudah yang saya berikan dan gampang / hampir mudah anda gunakan jika ingin mengetahui semua ukuran seluruh file di dalam Folder anda, Komputer, Atau di dalam Flashdisk/ Pen Disk anda. Cara ini padahal sama saja melihat ukuran file dengan langkah menggunakan Klik Kanan > Properties > dan melihat beberapa / seluruh ukuran file yang terdapat dalam File atau Folder kalian.

Dan akan tetapi Saya disini menggunakan dengan CMD " Command Prompt " berarti hanya untuk Windows Saja.

Ini Beberapa Langkah-Langkahnya :

1. Buka Command Prompt Kalian / atau panggil menggunakan [ Windows Logo + R ] / Start > RUN > CMD. Lalu OK.

2. Anda sudah masuk di dalam Command Prompt / CMD tadi. Sekarang kita harus memilih directory mana yang akan kita buat " List.txt " tersebut untuk melihat ukurannya di dalam directory itu. 

saya akan memberikan contoh sedikit dengan menuju Directory ke F: [ Harddisk ]

3. Saya akan memeriksa berapa ukuruan semua total di file Musik / Mp3 saya. Nama Folder Contohnya " All Music " .

Langkah di atas sudah menjadi Langkah terakhir karena kita telah membuat file "list.txt" di dalam F:\All Music> | bagaimana cara kita masuk ke File All Music tersebut kita gunakan perintah Command Prompt yaitu cd [dan ini nama filenya] tanpa " [ dan ] " sehabis itu kita sudah masuk di dalam Direcroty All Music lalu saya membuat "list.txt" tersebut dengan memerintahkan dir>list.txt

Yang terakhir ini adalah berapa seluruh ukuran file di dalam All Music tersebut:

Akibat Kulit Kepala Sering Gatal, Waspada Terkena Penyakit Serius. Harus Berhati - Hati

Beberapa orang mengalami kulit kepala yang gatal sehingga membuat mereka menggaruknya terus menerus. Hal ini tentu sangat mengganggu penderitanya hingga membuatnya frustasi.

Penyebab Kulit Kepala Gatal
Ketombe adalah penyebab paling umum kenapa kulit kepala bisa gatal. Menurut Jessica Wu, M.D., asisten profesor dermatologi klinis di University of Southern California Medical School, kondisi medis dari ketombe disebabkan oleh pertumbuhan berlebih dari jamur.
Jamur tersebut biasanya tumbuh ditempat-tempat berambut, seperti alis, atau janggut yang dapat berkembang dengan cepat karena adanya sel kulit mati dan minyak berlebih.

"Untuk mengontrol pertumbuhan ketombe, Anda perlu menghilangkan komponen jamur tanpa membuatnya iritasi berlebih dan kemerahan," kata Ilyse Lefkowicz, MD, seorang dokter kulit untuk Head & Shoulders Amerika Utara.

Untuk kasus ketombe ringan, Wu menyarankan penggunaan shampo yang mengandung selenium, zinc pyrithione, atau tea tree oil. "Jika kulit kepala Anda tidak gatal tapi lebih berkelupas, cobalah shampo dengan salicylic acid untuk mengurangi perkembangan jamur. Untuk kasus yang lebih serius, Anda bisa juga mengkonsumsi pil anti jamur." Jelas Wu.

Penyebab gatal lainnya, bisa jadi karena reaksi alergi dari produk perawatan rambut sehari-hari Anda. Misalnya kebiasaan mengeringkan rambut dengan hair dryer atau alat-alat lain yang memberikan panas pada kulit kepala, atau penggunaan hair spray yang dapat membuat kulit kepala kering dan teriritasi. "Hindari penggunaan hair dryer dengan suhu yang paling panas, khususnya saat rambut Anda masih sangat basah, karena dapat membuat kulit kepala rusak" Tambah Wu.

Melembabkan Kulit Kepala
Selain ketombe, kulit kepala gatal bisa juga disebabkan oleh faktor lingkungan. Lefkowicz menjelaskan, "Faktor lain yang berkontribusi dalam iritasi kulit kepala dikarenakan faktor lingkungan yang dingin dengan kelembaban rendah, dan juga efek dari angin dan matahari."

Menurut Lefkowicz, cara mengembalikan kulit kepala sehat (dan rambut sehat berkilau) dimulai dengan meningkatkan kelembaban rambut. Hindari air panas saat mencuci rambut, karena dapat menghapus minyak alami dari kulit kepala Anda, sehingga sangat kering dan sensitif, tambahnya. Penggunaan kondisioner setelah keramas sangat dianjurkan untuk membantu melembabkan rambut dan merawat kulit kepala.

Kulit Kepala Gatal bisa Menyebabkan Masalah Serius
Terkadang kulit kepala yang sering gatal bisa jadi tanda serius bagi kesehatan kulit kepala.
